#PetsAndPlants #PetsOfGreg #PlantAddict #HappyPlants A bird made a nest on my front door in my wreath and laid her eggs in it. I can’t decide if they are robin eggs or finch eggs. #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

We had a bird do this last year. None of the babies made it. They tried it again this year and we stopped them. So they made a nest in my neighbors fake tree he has on the shared balcony

Not very bright and they look specked. Not robins.

I hope this batch will survive! Can you use a different door while the nest is there? I imagine it can’t be successfully moved?

@captainstardust yes I found out that they are finch eggs. We try not to use that door but it’s our house front door so nearly impossible not to use it at some point. I wouldn’t touch or move the nest because we don’t want her abandoning the babies. I hope they survive too. So far so good!
