Should LECA water reach plant roots?

This is my first time using LECA. Should the water be filled just below the roots or fully submerged? #leca #help #NewPlants

If the plant has developed water roots it’s okay to fill it up. But I recommended flushing out the container because your plant will shed it’s dirt roots and you don’t really want that sitting in there

I always do mine below the roots
