Hi Christi, welcome to the world of plant joy 🤣. I can't tell too much by the picture. It says he gets direct sunlight but then zero hours? is the soil wet if you stick your finger in, how far down is it dry & or wet? What type of soil is he in? Have you checked him for bugs, mites etc, last of all is he root bound?
