I’ve got a similar one, picked it up at a local sale. I will have to dig out the plant card to see if we have roughly the same one. It’s also just starting to bloom, if the rain ever lets up I’ll get a pic.
Almost every crepe Myrtle in the city here has a BAAAAAD case of powdery mildew, noticed a bit on my dark leaves one, but treated it quickly so hopefully that’s taken care of.
