Year three with this little outlaw.
1ft to light, direct
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 4 weeks ago
I love when these bloom! Mine is blooming again and I’m so happy about it. I love getting to watch the flower move and open during the day for a few days.
It’s gotten huge! Congratulations on those awesome blooms and a thriving plant!! πŸͺ΄
@LucidAgapanthus I have worried a little because I was overly excited to repot it in a chunkier mix a few months ago. They really so need a little more moisture, and the watering schedule is tighter. My other batch was potted in nothing special, and it's booming. Thanks for your kind words.
@thenonnon It doesn’t look deprived of moisture at all. Its leaves are nice and plump, and it had enough energy to put out a flower 🌺!!!
@itsjordan I'm sure I wrote a huge, "I want to thank everyone and everything that helped get me here" after the first bloom. It's when I said, "What else ya got?!" because I hadn't even considered that all of these can bloom. These smell so sweet.

Can I admit that I swabbed this one's flowers and dabbed it in flowers of some completely unrelated species of cactus? I want to believe that a Baby Toes Notocactus could happen :)
@thenonnon Haha, I would love to see what that kinda hybrid would look like. I have yet to catch my plants flowering at the perfect same time in order to play Mother Nature. My pickle plant and baby toes get the closest, so I may have to try it out now that they’re starting flowers again…
