My Rosemary is not looking very happy. What is happening and how do I fix it? #OutdoorGrowing #PlantAddict #PlantGraveyard
Hi Susan, I too grow rosemary. Your plant may be getting too much sun. I would adjust its location. If it is near a window one good way to tell is to place your arm next to the Plant facing the window. Leave it there for about a minute if the heat is too hot on your arm then it is too hot on the plant. Next, you could do the chopstick test to test the soil. That is placing a chopstick down in the soil to the bottom of the pot. Be careful not to disturb the roots. If the soil sticks to the chopstick then it has enough water. If the chopstick is dry then lightly water it do not soak the roots. Make sure the pot has adequate drainage. Also, what I do is I buy organic bananas eat the banana put the peels in a picture of water and let it sit for a few days. The water will be full of potassium and magnesium which plants love. Light water the plant with the “banana water” I hope this helps. Good luck.
