@TheConservator just this one. Couldn't resist it last year because it was covered in those blooms and I couldn't resist.
It's really an outlier. Had a bad experience with cacti in the past: i had bought one ages ago as an inexperienced student with a tight wallet because I loved the bloom - only to realize later that that bloom was glued on. Add to that that I had no clue what I was doing and it might explain why I never ever considered getting one again. Even more so since I like touching things and those things.... erhm, not a good idea. Ah. And of course my sun starved region is really not one where one thinks "yes cacti are great for this. Should be easy" (once some critical thinking skills were developed later on)
