A necessary evil. Healthy, but Ms. Kardashian shouldn't be a tree. ๐Ÿคฃ
3โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
Plus two dishes of leaves ๐Ÿคž
HAHA DAMN SHE A WHOLE CHRISTMAS TREE!? Impressive!
THAT'S SO TALL
How did you keep her alive for that long?!?! (I already know how to care for them so you don't have to tell me lol)
@SimpleSucc ๐Ÿคฃ I hear ya!
I think I just got lucky!
@StarryKentia Haha! That would have been hilarious!!
@StarryKentia Too late. She's already been chopped.
Did you get her like that ? ๐Ÿค”
@SvelteKingfern No. She's been with me since Sept. 2023. I got SO MANY healthy leaves from her. If even half of them develop pups, I'll have too many LOLA to even think about. Who know? Maybe they'll be Christmas presents in 2025. ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ
They would surely make great Christmas gifts to succulent lovers. 2025 ๐Ÿชด๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ„.

I can't stop thinking that that LOLA has employed you as the perfect "propagating machine" . (No offence, you're a lovely person Melisse, not a machine. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ)
It's a win win for you and that Lola. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
@SvelteKingfern ๐Ÿ˜ maybe so.

I read somewhere recently that even in the best high light conditions, they will not stay small & close to the ground forever. It is part of their cycle to eventually get taller so as to drop leaves and self propagate, as well as leaving bare spots on their "trunks" for bushing out.
So, I guess since she was still doing well after over a year, I don't feel badly that she was etoliating.

I wish I would have thought of the ๐ŸŽ„ decorating idea BEFORE I chopped her.
That's very interesting, Melisse. Thank you.
Yep, a nice aforethought
