Michael’s leaves are bleached and we’ve moved him to the shade and have been watering him a little more but it’s not seeming to get better. Any idea if I’m overwatering? He has drainage and a cactus soil with lava rock on top to avoid extra moisture
8” pot with drainage

The lava rock on top is actually trapping moisture in the soil, so I would start by removing that. Top dressings are more for aesthetic purposes that anything, and they have a tendency to lead to overwatering. Besides trapping moisture, they also prevent you from being able to check the soil, so it's harder to tell when your plant needs water. Another contributing factor could be that cement pot, which blocks airflow to the soil and can prevent it from properly drying out.

The bleached areas on the leaves are most likely from him getting too much direct light. Dracaenas prefer bright indirect light, so keep him as close as possible to the window (aim for less than 3 feet) without letting direct sun hit him.
