Loving my peperomia's new flowers
Many people don't like #peperomia flowers and cut them off. I think these flowers look awesome. My Peperomia stopped growing to make these flowers. There are now 5 of them. I'll definitely let the flowers stay. #plantsmakepeoplehappy #newgrowth #greggang

@SvelteKingfern they are pretty cool looking! π
Thank you @NewHawkswing Amal. These remind me of mice tails LOL. I'm happy that my Peperomia is so healthy. ππΏ
Peperomia grows flowers late Spring, early Summer, if you give it enough Sunrays. It is a very π and undemanding plant. @BusyTreespurge @smugwort
@KDkat3 how do they smell? Mine smells like radish π€
I've seen yours @TidyTigerpear βΊοΈ . Lush growth ππΏ. It's ideal conditions for yours over there π
@SvelteKingfern yours looks really pretty also!! π
π±
It survived long car trips and being in a desert for more than a month. I'm very proud of it π€ @TidyTigerpear
@SvelteKingfern Iβm not sure how Iβd describe it. My emerald and Napoli are really smelly. Lol. Some of my others donβt smell. π€·ββοΈ I noticed the more the flower matures the more it smells.
I didn't know that bit about the more mature the stronger the smell. They must be irresistible to all the insects around. π @KDkat3
@SvelteKingfern why in the world would they mutilate their plants. They have feelings too. Makes me sad. What if the situation was reversed and they cut off their humans arms cause they didn't like the way they looked.
@SvelteKingfern Marmot is really nice. I really enjoy the colors.
@TidyTigerpear so lovely, I really appreciate the flowers and enjoy this species.
@EdenOfLove Some people cut off the flowers because they're selfish. They want the plant be "more pretty", in their opinion, and they want leaves start growing again. That's barbaric.
You have the point there about cutting off arms.

@EdenOfLove I love Marmot's colours too. If you look at a special angle, the leaves are kind of velvety ππΏ. I can't catch it in a photo though.
@SvelteKingfern thatβs awesome !!!
@Bunny413 That's right Samantha. They reward you for your love and care the way they can, by growing these lovely unique flowers. ππΏ
@Bunny413 Lovely variegated variety π. Do you know that photosynthesis only takes place in the green parts, not the yellow?
