I have a hibiscus tree, brought it in for winter. Loosing all its leaves. Turning yellow. Why?

@GoodCallerypear Hi Linda, I am sure it is the change of environment. You will need to make sure it gets plenty of light through the colder months, I would put it under a strong grow light if it were mine. Also, remember that they won’t need as much water as you were giving it in the summer, I cut my plants by about a third less in the colder months than they are used to in the summer. It could very well loose most of its leaves, some just do that when they have an extreme change like that but it won’t be dead, just dormant if it does that so keep it under a light and keep giving it water no matter what it does and in the spring it will come back out for you.
