PSA: if your #Alocasia dies, do NOT get rid of the bulb! As long as it’s not rotten, it will (likely) grow back. My very first Alocasia, a Polly named Bowie, died after a long decline a few months ago. I was so sad and didn’t want to throw his remains away, so I buried them in the pot of one of my jade pothos and forgot about it. Today I’m in my office, and I glance over, and what do I see?? A brand new baby poking out of the soil! πŸ₯°πŸŽ‰πŸŒ± Bowie is back! And now I know what I’m doing, so I won’t kill him this time! πŸ˜… Also: my #AlocasiaMaharani has a new leaf and it’s simply gorgeous πŸ˜‡ #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #AlocasiaAddicts #BackFromTheDeadPlants #FreshLeafFriday #babevila
