One of my favourite bonsai is starting to flower and fruit. Look how tiny these are! 🥰
This is a Hong Kong kumquat, golden bean kumquat or the Japanese kinzu. 🍊
The fruits grow about the size of a finger nail and have virtually zero pulp, just seeds and won't fully ripen until late January.

@MamaLinne I’ve taken some weekend seminars and classes over the years. I also chat with the local groups at their exhibitions, and will be joining one later this year I hope.
@Bmd I recommend trying it, learning anything new can seem overwhelming but also so rewarding seeing it change slowly. I know for a lot of people wiring and styling is the tough part - gets easier with practice.
@DreamMachine I’ve got a few more mini things that should start flowering soonish you might definitely enjoy!
