But I want to propagate my friend Kevin here to make more if him. Since he's so tall, I was wondering if I could cut one of his leaves to be able to propagate him?

Hi @ZealousNoni85 yes you can cut one of his leaves to propagate. The leaf you take the cutting from will stop growing. Once a leaf tip is damaged that leaf doesn’t get any taller. The leaf cutting will produce roots and eventually pups from its base. Definitely read up on how to propagate before you start. It’ll help make it successful 🙌
