#newpotwhodis π
Freya, my Regina Red Syngonium, got repotted with a new aroid mix I made. I did a lot of research, tweaked a few things, and probably will tweak even more on my next batch. I'm very new at this mixing my own soil thing, so I'm totally open to suggestions and or critiques, but here is the recipe I used:
π€ 2 parts peat moss (21 cups)
π€ 1 part perlite (10.5 cups)
π€ 1/2 part orchid bark (5.25 cups)
π€ 1/2 part compost (5.25 cups)
β¨ A dash of horticultural charcoal
β¨ A dash of shredded coco husk
β¨ A dash of We The Wild Enrich Powder #wethewild

@JesssJungle Thanks for the recipe Jess #WetheWild rules!
@Seymour you're welcome, like I said this is my first time making a detailed soil mix, but I'm hoping I did enough research.
And yep, I have been putting We The Wild grow & enrich in my cutting water also and it's crazy how fast roots are growing!

@sarahsalith I REALLY enjoyed mixing it as well! It felt like I was baking!
I love raising rabbits because their poo makes such good compost. π€
