It’s been a bit since I posted but, just wanted to share ...

It’s been a bit since I posted but, just wanted to share a new #hoya bloom! This one has been a real challenge for me, so many of them blasted, but I finally got a few to open up. I think Hoya elliptica likes a cooler environment, which I can’t really give it so, so it’s a reward this one finally made it all the way to opening!

Next time the goal is to keep all of them and not have most of them blast.

I am finally happy since this plant was my first Hoya peduncle, bet every peducle always blasted on this plant till now. 😅

My Hoyas and I have an unspoken nonconsensual agreement that they’ll never flower. Same agreement with my philodendrons and aloes ✔️

My mother brought me her orchid that hadn’t bloomed in a while to see if the lighting and humidity would help. I LOVED seeing that thing on my shelf every day, but she took it back… and then returned it once the flowers died. Maybe I’ll get and orchid
