What's wrong with my key lime tree? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Just when one kiddo starts recovering, another one starts having issues. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
Does anyone have any idea what might be afflicting my poor key lime tree? This started to show maybe three days ago, and I haven't been able to narrow down what the cause is.

1) She's been treated for pests and mold/mildew as a form of preemptive prevention.
2) Her soil is moist a few inches down, but not sopping wet - checked her roots to be safe.
3) She's been living in the greenhouse for a few weeks without issue until now, so I'm not inclined to blame sun scorch.
4) My olive is right next to her and isn't having any issues, so I'm not inclined to blame frost either.

I honestly just don't know what to do for her, and I figured if anyone might have an idea it'd be some of you. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

She may be waterlogged which is causing a fungal issue that shows up with brown spots and wilt.
