It’s rooting! I have it in a shotglass XD, please do ignore that. Anyway, I was changing out the water before I leave to be seven hours away for three days, and I saw a little root! Yay!! I’m doing something right.

@stephongreg I took it off because my dad and one other nice people on Greg told me to gently remove them so that it can focus on growing roots now and focus on regrowing flowers later. This is what it originally looked like
I have one suggestion if you haven't left yet.
I would cover her with a ziplock bag loosely. Just poke some holes in the bag for air flow.
Just because if her water runs out while away those fragile new roots will die. That will help her cup stay full while you are gone. So she will be in tip top shape on your return.
Just some holes and put her in a place when sun won't reach her. (The sun will cause condensation in the bag and you don't want that).
Have fun while away! Your plant looks great!
