The #pigeonpea team still has a lead, but #BlueJacaranda captain is looking really good! (Pic 1&2)
Poor #BlackLocust captain is going to have to be traded out, after the last update it was not able recover. We have some strong candidates on the bench, many of which are ready for their own pots to join the race. (Pic 3)

What do we think happened to this pigeon pea seed? Did I bury it upside down, or is it a a rare twin plant? (Pic 5)

@SoothingCacto90 @GrowMyPretties I have this same kit! Mine have started browning its leaves just a little but I don’t know why😔 I think I may need to move them into some other soil but I’m terrified to do it! Any advice? 😳🪴
@Ponytailmom I would say definitely repot them! I lost a couple seedlings (I will be posting a new update soon lol) but I was having issues with my seedlings in those pots dying suddenly. After some investigation I don’t think they drain as well as I first thought. I’m moving them all to plastic 4 inch pots now. I’m just using a regular potting mix for the ones that have true leaves, so yours are definitely ready! I’m jealous you got the royal poincianna to sprout lol. None of mine have germinated yet!
@GrowMyPretties I’m just learning as I go lol, but I do believe that a couple of them do better than others! unfortunately the second one collapsed suddenly after this post :( we are nixing the burlap pots for now. I checked the roots, they look good near the surface, but I think water was sitting at the bottom of the pot.
@SoothingCacto90 I made sure to soak all my seeds for almost 48 hours- they sprouted in like 3-5 days! It was crazy! I guess I will repot them, I don’t want to loose them for sure! Thanks!🪴🌺
