Look at this beauty! I got Monica about a week ago and I heard that she likes direct sun so I put her outside and took her inside at night. (Because my back porch gets crazy sun) And I noticed this little bloom on her and that tells me she’s happy! I agree with @slayonium that it's definitely not a lipstick echeveria. You'll find Greg's ID tool to be severely lacking when it comes to rosette-type succulents. It thinks just about everything is either a pearl or lipstick echeveria, despite there being 100s (possibly even 1000s) of different varieties. And if it has a lot of ferina, it always IDs as a ghost plant lol. You can manually change the plant type in settings if you need to.
