Monstera Adansonii is fast growing and a climber. My adansonii is climbing a good size piece of branch just a bit thicker than the average moss pole. Steady moisture but not soggy soil. I mist and like my other plants it receives steady humidity level of 75 via a Levoit programmed humidifier on warm mist.

Grows very fast! Had to cut and propagate it a few times these past couple months (I like to keep it short and bushy so I cut it frequently). I have mine in front a brick wall so it often tries to climb up that.
Like: Care is very easy, mine thrives in low light and doesn’t need to be watered frequently (about once every week and a half to two weeks)
Dislike: the tips and around the edges yellow/brown easily, if you put it in too much like it will brown, give it too much water it will yellow.
All in all a very good plant for beginners or anyone!

*This plant sits near a west-facing window in a low-light room. I water it when the soil is dry.*
I love this plant. I got it from my local nursery and it was in bad shape. I asked if I could get a "sad plant" discount and she said that someone said they were coming back to get it... so I bought it for the full price. (Sorry dude: ya snooze, ya lose.)
I'm so glad I did. It's a Monstera adansonii narrow. I have the wide version too, but the narrow seems to grow so much faster. I have given it a moss pole and it has just taken off!
I love opening my eyes in the morning and seeing this plant.

I love how easy they are to propagate. When mine arrived in the post it was terribly infested with gnats, I was only able to salvage 3 leaf cuttings but luckily they all sprouted new leaves. it’s a wonderful lil thing :,).

I definetly would recommend a Swiss cheese vine, it only needs to be watered once every 3 weeks, and can survive in front of a North, West, or East facing window. (The more light it gets the faster it will grow) this plant is also easy to propagate! Just a side note, this plant is prone to root rot, so make sure you are not over watering this plant. A good way to know when it is time to water your plant, is when you are able to stick your whole finger into the soil and you do not feel any moisture.
