King of the houseplant. Loves most places you put it. I’ve found they love recycled metal tins as pots. Honestly, I love them so much. They don’t mind being a little root bound and it helps produce babies! They’re just grand. Get them and propagate to your hearts content!

i named my plant stripey, she was my sisters plant before she was mine so i want to say she’s about 2-3 years old. through the time i’ve had her i’ve had a lot of depressive episodes and forget to water her but she still survived! definitely a great beginner plant. she has two new blooms coming along which is exciting! i’m going to love her till the end.

I love this plant, it’s so easy to propagate and I regularly root and give away baby plants as gifts to friends and family. It’s a hearty plant that can handle a lot of sun but will still do well in a lower light environment. Doesn’t need high humidity and is pretty hearty if you forget to water it once in a while.

I’ve had my spider plant for three years and it’s been alive throughout my forgetfulness to water it and depressive episodes of not being able to get out of bed and water it. It’s definitely a great plant for beginners, but you’ll do great in keeping your spider plant alive if you have a watering reminder app.

This is a beautiful, easy going plant. The tips brown easily, but they aren’t super noticeable and can be pinched off if desired. My plant is happy in medium light, but of course grows best with more light. It likes lots of regular waterings.
