I have a couple of different varieties of this plant and I am absolutely in love. They grow super fast and they’re easy to take care of. One is in a bright room with South and West facing windows. It does not get direct light. It probably had at least 10 new stems since I got it a couple months ago. The other gets about 1 hour of direct sunset light but it’s far away enough from the window that it doesn’t burn. It has one new stem that’s shooting up quickly and I’ve only had it a couple weeks. Both are thriving and happy. Greg’s watering schedule has helped me know when to water. 10/10 would recommend!

I keep this plant in my bathroom because it does well in humidity although it is unfortunately exposed to toothpaste being close to the sink. Doesn’t seem to matter much though cause this plant pushes out new leaves like the dickens.

They do quite well in low light! I suggest a humidifier to help with brown tips :) the plant is nice and full and always pushing out new growth :)

I’ll admit, Arrowhead Plant wasn’t my favorite plant at first. I nearly killed it in my first year of plant parenthood. But once I realized that it was an issue with my soil, I repotted my Arrowhead Plant and it THRIVED. He gets so perky and bushy. He’s one of my more lively plants, but also very laid back and easy to care for. Regrowth doesn’t take long after periodic grooming. Propagation is a breeze—I often give bushels of this plant away to friends. Great for beginners.

Tolerant of low light but it will reach for light. Leaves are a bit succulent so they do better in brighter light but will burn in direct sun. These are aroids so they want to spread. Mine lived in my bathroom for a good bit but thrives in a shaded western facing window.

Looks good and grows quickly (often on a lean due to sun direction). Leaves brown quickly and can look “bare”
