This is definitely a plant that requires patience, if you want something that grows fast. It does set out new leaves often, but you won’t need to transplant it for a while after first introductions. Kendall does really well in a glass candle jar with soil, and doesn’t need water more than once or twice a week. Heartleaf Philodendron can be propagated, as well! Cut leaves and stalk just below a node and place in water (they propagate slowly, so be sure to change the water frequently to prevent slimy roots).

Beautiful plant, really easy to care for.
I haven’t clicked pet friendly because I’m not sure if it’s toxic, but my dog doesn’t eat plants so I guess it is for us!
Would highly recommend (especially when it’s grown and you can attach it to a pole)
