It does not like to be over or under watered. Which makes this app perfect! Like a goldfish, in a small pot it will stay small. But transfer it to a larger pot and it will grow very quickly.

DO NOT OVERWATER! I got my monstera about three months ago and I overwatered her a bit too much so I got some browning on the leaves! But I let it dry out and cut off the bad leaves by the stem and already it’s propagating new stems so it’s a SURVIVOR! I heard these plants can live up too 20 years if you really are for them! Beautiful foliage too good luck 🪴✨

root rot can happen very easily by overwatering or putting moss on top which traps moisture

I love how quickly this plant spot puts out new leaves. Watching the leaves uncurl is my favorite thing!! I’m working on getting it a moss pole to grow more straight, but in the mean time it’s a little left leaning. Definitely a great plant to try!!
