This lady needs less water than you think. Stick your finger in the soil up to the first lid - if it’s completely dry then you can give some water. You might ever want to wait for the leaves to droop a bit before you give water. Overwatering browns the edges.

My favorite plant of all time! I am a pretty forgetful person and don’t water my monstera regularly but yet it still is a great color and creates new growth rather quickly.
