The red flower is turning brown or dying, what am I doing wrong #Anthurium

New plant but brown stems I bought this #Anthurium from a supermarket. I've already trimmed alot of dying growth that was either whilting or dried up. It seems very overcrowded. I'm quarentining it from my other plants, and have sprayed/wiped with neem oil/alcohol mix. Plus watered with 'Mosquito bit' water as I think gnats were present and that was suggested for another plant and it worked so well. After alot done to it in a short space of time, I don't want to repot yet, but are the brown stems a sign of rot? Many thanks!

I need to make a post about this because I screeched when I saw my emails. The plant shop I primarily order most of my plants from apart from my orchids (growtropicals) had a sale on their queen anthuriums. Do I already have one that I paid way more for? Yes. Did I order one? Yes. £15! 😭 For a 12cm queen anthurium! Look at it! It’s beautiful! It’s majestic! It’s erm… beautiful! I also got a string of turtles that I murdered forever ago (I can’t even remember how) and a tortum that I also had a while ago that got so infested with spidermites that I gave it the trash treatment. Nice to have them back in my collection Pics are of my baby one I already have and my new one, and then the tortum and turtles #HappyPlants #PlantAddict #NewPlants #Anthurium #AnthuriumQueen #Philodendron

Why are my flowers so brown? #Anthurium
-
Why are my blooms and leaves droopy so bad on my plant? New leaves are popping up here and there but the large leaves are drooping horribly #Anthurium

What’s with these leaves? Picked this anthurium up for $10 at Walmart. Trimmed a lot of dead growth away and off the leaves. It’s been about a month and now this is happening. I’m mostly concerned about the big tall leaf in the first pic. Is it fungus? Trimming it but I’m worried about the rest of the plant now. #HappyPlants #NewPlantMom #PetsAndPlants #Anthurium #PaintersPalette #GregGang #help

How do I know if it’s working? #Anthurium How do I know if it's working? A friend gave me a baby (emphasis on baby) Anthurium vittarifolium as a gift (pics attached). It's in sphagnum, on a grow light for at least 8 hours a day and in a sealed plastic cup. I provide nutrients weekly through a foliar fertilizer. However, I haven't noticed any growth. It hasn't decayed, which is good, but... is it the species? Am I doing something wrong? I know it's too soon to put it in soil so I'm comfortable keeping it in sphagnum, but I wish I'd see results. Thoughts? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PropagationStation

Hey plant lovers! I’ve been searching for the alocasia Amazonia ‘bambino’ but could not find a legitimate seller! So, I went to perch (my favorite store) and saw a alocasia Polly which are VERY close to bambino! Perch never disappoints me. Here are some of the things I saw as well and wanted! For 72 dollars I saw a queen anthurium (A. Waroquenum) that was HUGE! I would have impulsively bought it ONLY if I didn’t know the problems with this plant (humidity, temp, etc.) which I do not have the perfect conditions. Saw a ROF philo and actually a couple, which they are cool! I love Jess’s (perches owner) pothos wall which never disappoints, and saw a cebu blue pothos but since it’s that silvery blue color that so many of my plants have I didnt buy. Ficus selection today was good, saw tineke Audrey and fiddle leaf which was cool! I saw a cool A. Magnificum x silver blush in the humidity box which was AWESOME but was 50 dollars ☠️ in there saw a anthurium clarinervium which was 40 dollars not bad and a monstera Thai con which was 50, so not that bad. Saw a lot of singonuims and cathlea! I saw painted lady philodendron and tons more! That’s it for today, and stay tuned for tomorrow’s PLANT RANT! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #PlantCorner #AlocasiaAddicts #AlocasiaPolly #Anthurium #AnthuriumQueen #AnthuriumAssembly #AnthuriumMagnificum #Philodendron #PhiloFlock #RingofFirePhilodendron #PaintedLadyPhilodendron #PothosPack #PothosWater #Pothos #CebuBluePothos #Ficus #FiddleLeafFig #FicusGang #FicusFam #FicusTineke #FicusAudrey #Syngonium #SyngoniumSquad #Monstera #MonsteraMob #MonsteraMonday #monsterathaiconstellation

Dryness Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my Anthurium (painter's pallet) he is a rescue and even tho he is not getting actively worse, he is still in bad condition, can someone diagnose him? And what should I do with the dead bits #anthurium
-
What should I do with these leaves? #Anthurium it seems that Wall-E is finally doing better! Lots of new leaves. What should I do with the “burnt” ones? Would it be better if I cut them?
