How long were you on vacation? Did you water your plant before you left?
the fun thing about succulents is that if you save their fallen leaves, you can often grow a whole new plant. To regrow it, just resume your regular watering schedule asap. You may be temped to water more frequently, but don't. Keep the same schedule you were on before you left. Sadly the plant in the middle likely won't survive, but if you have any healthy leaves from it, you may be able to grow a new one. Remove the dead leaves (and dead plant, once it's fully dead) to prevent mold
as for growing a whole new plant: place the leaf in a glass of water, but don't submerge the leaf fully, just submerge the part where the roots will grow. Now wait and remember to change the water frequently 2x/week
to help the middle plant, you can try removing its dead leaves and misting its stem daily. The stem still looks alive so it's worth trying to save
I would recommend to cut it off like I show on the picture. Then I would dry the stems in cool bright place(no direct sun) for at least 5 days. Then I would stick them into new dry well drained soil mix, then Iโ€™d place the pot with the plants in a bright (no direct sun) place. No water for at least 2 weeks.
