I see you're plant card says you just watered today also the pot has no drainage. This can cause water to sit in the bottom of the pot and eventually cause root rot. That being said your plant looks dry. I suggest a pot with drainage and water only when the soil is dry. Hope this helps.

Welcome to Greg, Ana. I'm sorry to have to type this, but I think your ivy is hibernating ... permanently.
This plant can have root rot so quickly and the leaves begin to look like they need to be watered so we give them a good water ... but the damage is already done.
Again, I'm so sorry but I don't want you to worry about a plant that'll never recover. ð
