Hi! Your plant card says it’s in direct sunlight, that could be the problem. Azaleas prefer shade or partial shade. I would recommend relocating it and giving it a deep watering 💚 editing to clarify—they like morning sun but afternoon shade, the sun in the afternoon is too strong for them so if you can find a spot like that, it will be very happy
