Are these ready to go in soil now??

I have spider plant pups which i’ve propagated in water. How long until they are ready to be potted in soil?? New to propagating!
1ft to light, direct
7” pot with drainage
Last watered 10 months ago
It’s typically a good idea to wait until the roots are at least 2- 3 inches long before planting your propagation.

I’d personally wait a bit more, but totally up to you! Youre so close 🫢🏻
@elisenavidad ok thank you so much!! πŸ₯°
Yes they are ready once they have roots! If you want to wait a little longer you can if not they should be good to go. Just remember because they were in water they’re roots are use to water so water often to keep the water roots moist until it’s fully rooted into the soil then you’ll have soil roots and you can water when it’s soil is more dried out
@Jackymcs ahh good point, thank you so much!!
Lauren I say yes when I propagate I get them in the soil as soon as they make roots others might tell you different so I’m just sticking with what I know. Good luck.
@clairsheart thanks so much, just done it 😁
