Well it needs drainage. I would also add humidity. Palms tend to have the best of both worlds humid warm Temps. It looks like it is trying to adjust to your conditions. I say take a look at the roots and dont give up.

I totally agree with @GreenGiant

Also make sure it has plenty of a bright, indirect light. It could be suffering from not enough light.๏ฟผ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ
