How long have You had this cactus plantbaby, @TopBogbean27?
Has it recently been exposed to cold weather or excess water for a prolonged period?
Either would cause this.
I know that it is difficult to handle them, because of the spines and/or glochids, but I would suggest using a spoon (that's what I do π€·πΎββοΈ) to uproot that particular cactus and inspect for rootrot.
IF it is rotted, You can simply cut away all of the deadened area and set the remaining (green) portion atop the soil... it will begin to root as long as You do not keep the soil too moist, ohkay?
Your surrounding cacti look fine so whatever occurred seems to thusfar only have affected this one(1) rootsystem.
** before You replant, add a little Epsom Salt into the soil, it will aid in the recovery while also benefiting the healthy-looking cacti.
πͺ΄ Good Luck! πͺ΄
