Do you have a magnifying glass to take a close look? It may be mealy bugs and you'll be able to see them with the magnifying glass.
If so, drown her in alcohol, spray to your hearts content. Rinse off or even submerge in water. Then, I like to wipe off each leaf with alcohol, making sure you get stems and undersides of the leaves. Then, spray with your pest spray. I use Natria that is safe to use often. If you go overboard on alcohol like I do, keep it out of light for a few hours.
My favorite is the wintergreen alcohol for mealybugs! The smell is a deterrent to them and your space smells minty fresh!
Quarantine the infected plant.
Check other plants and probably spray with Natria just to be safe.
Keep spraying the infected plant for a few weeks and inspecting until you see no more critters.

I agree with @AwesomePlants it looks like mealy bugs. You've got great advice. I would isolate the infected plants and treat them as recommended.
@AwesomePlants I have that spray as well but it smells terrible so maybe I should do this outside lol can I rinse her off with my hose on a light pressure setting?
