yellow leaves are usually the result of too much or too little water, but it would be helpful if you shared a photo of the plant. You can never properly diagnose a plant without a good quality photo

I'm thinking maybe overwatered in this scenario. It doesn't look underwatered and it doesn't look burnt. Remove the yellow leaves as well, they're not doing the plant any favors
