I would maybe separate the pups from the mother plant, and clean up the dead leaves, and repot the babies in some fresh soil, in a pot that fits them, not too big or small. They do like a lot of sun, but all plants (even the ones that love extreme light levels, need a break from light atleast a couple hours throughout the day) I would maybe try to dial back the amount of time you keep it in sun, but honestly it looks pretty healthy to me, agave tend to be able to tolerate extreme light and heat, they actually prefer it. Just be careful to not over water it.
Honestly think it looks great it just needs a cleanup at the bottom so the dead leaves don’t attract any pests.
