My kumquat tree is loosing its leafs but still has fruit....

Healthy kumquat trees naturally shed even healthy-looking leaves. Leaves only live for 18 to 24 months and then drop. This drop is typically most noticeable and falsely alarming in the spring but occurs throughout the year. Unless you notice any other things like leaf browning, fruits shriveling, or signs of mealy bugs or other pests that might cause leaf droppage, my instinct would be that this is normal for this time of year!
