Is it dead?
Iβve had my chrysanthemums outside because they seemed to enjoy full sun. But now it looks like theyβre burnt. Is it dead? Should I move to the shade? Will it bounce back? #OutdoorGrowing #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy floweringPlants">#floweringPlants

If it gets cold where you are, this could be their natural state in the winter. Eventually the flowers dry up and the foliage dies back. You can cut it back to soil level then, and they should come up the next spring or summer since they are fall flowering. @CasualOnionweed
Iβm a bit new to being a plant parent but I have had some plants before that I thought were dead and learned that if they have green leaves that donβt fall off when you touch them, they arenβt dead. And I recommend getting all the dead leaves off and giving it shade once in a while. Not sure how the flowers will do since they look very dry. But I hope it helps. π
Thanks @AC73LoveCats @Mooncake @PiousWaterfern just wanted to let you know that I noticed a new flower starting to bloom so I cut back the dead parts. The plant and I are both much happier now. π€πΈπ
