Unless you can get her closer to the light source I would say yes, keep using the grow light. Is she really in a 3” pot as her info ℹ️ says? Or did you recently repot to bigger? One thing with China Doll plants is air circulation. Their leaves get bacteria on them if there’s humid air that’s too still. I see you’re in Maine so when the weather is warmer open a window nearby. If not possible give her a little fan for a few hours each day. Her delicate, fine leaves will appreciate it 🙌
