What should I do with this plant Spinach? Put them in the water until a root pops out, or just put them (unrooted) in the soil? What's your suggestion?

@HappyPlantMama Hi Judy! Pothos plants propagate well in water. I’d have to say leaving it in water to root is your best option. Once roots have established (3”) you shouldd be OK to put into well draining soil.
