Ok, so is the soil wet or dry? If it’s wet for one or two inches deep, or feeling real soggy, it’s possible that it might be root rot. This can cause root rot, which prevents the roots from absorbing water and nutrients. The , it’ll get dehydrated. I know, that sounds strange but the roots can’t absorb the water. Now if it’s really dry and crumbly, I suggest you water it. Oh, and also, what is the temperature where you are at?
Jade plants like 65-75 F at day, 50-55 F at night. Hope this helps!
