Has these little black bumps all over some of the leaves ...

Oh Sarah, I'm sorry but it appears you have a thrips infestation ๐ The black stuff is their poop. They're awful and can be a real pain to get rid of. Looks like they've been around for a while, which makes them even harder to eradicate. It's not impossible, but the first thing you need to do is isolate it away from any other plants. I've dealt with thrips before and used my bathroom as a quarantine zone. Set it in the tub and spray it down with a moderately strong water pressure. Then you'll need to get an insecticide. There are many choices, I've personally had successes with Captain Jack's Dead Bug Brew. This is a pretty advanced infestation, so I wouldn't bother with neem oil or insecticidal soap. Thrips life cycle is around 30 days from egg to larvae to adult, so you'll need to continue treating it every 10 days or so to make sure you get all of them. You want to really douse the whole plant until it's dripping, then let it dry (don't rinse it off!). Keep it in isolation for at least 2-3 weeks after the final treatment.
Just want to put this out there...unless the plant has sentimental value or cost a lot of money, you might be better off just tossing it and buying a new one. Overcoming thrips is no cake walk, but it's ultimately up to you whether you think it's worth it or not. Good luck!!๐
