Are you sure your are not over watering it or there is little nutrients in the water or soil. You could try to propogate your red zircon if it fails to keep the good leaves :)

I think it's not over watered but I read that plastic pot is better also

@juampe84 yeah a plastic pot with drainage then if you want put it in a decorative pot, my diffenbachia Apollo is like that
