It looks like thrips pick off any you can then wipe the leaves down with an insecticide of your choice. You’ll also want to treat your soil and repeat. Make sure to isolate the plant and check that they haven’t spread to other plants . In bad cases I’ve heard of people using alcohol to wipe them out . Sorry you have to deal with this .
