How to help this Epipremnum Pinnatum Albo?

Hi, I got this #EpipremnumPinnatumAlbo super cheap because of its condition and I would like to help it reach its glory. The plant is in PON, but I am noticing some root rot. I will deal with it but I would like some help with the fact that it seems to be super long vine with way too few leaves for how long it is. What should I do with it? Leave it and hope it branches? Cut it up to pieces and root it? Any other ideas? #Epipremnum #EpipremnumPinnatum

@CrispLungwort Hey Triin! You scored a plant with potential, and it’s definitely fixable…. Root rot first snip off any mushy or black roots, let it dry out a bit, and maybe treat with diluted hydrogen peroxide or cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy… if only you want to it’s optional Leggy vine with few leaves? Totally normal with neglected vines. Best thing? Chop it! Cut between nodes and turn that one sad vine into multiple new babes. Root them in water or moss they bounce back fast! Once they’re rooted, plant a few back into the same pot for that full, bushy glowup…. You’ve basically adopted a future queen on clearance. Let the comeback begin
@JungleDreamer Thank you! I saw the vision as well when I first saw it in the store all sad and abandoned. It is a gorgeous plant when it thrives πŸ˜€ I will cut it up then and can’t wait to see the full potential of this beautifully variegated plant 😊
@CrispLungwort Can’t wait to see her get bushy, bright, and living her best variegated life keep us all posted :)
