Noticing black circles on some of the leaves. Size of circles grows over time. What to do? Thanks in advance.

The circles that grow, means it's fungus.
If only on few leaves, cut the leaves off.
Isolate this plant from others. Increase air circulation around the plant.
Spray booths sides of the leaves and the stems with Neem Oil. Do it in the afternoon to prevent sunburn. Repeat once a week for 4 weeks. Then decrease frequency to once a fortnight.
If the pot is without drainage (?), repot the plant to a pot with drainage hole(s).

@Prentyce These translucent lines are probably the sign of edema (slightly too much water, and that water causes cells to burst). It might be fungus, but it's probably not.
