Is this leaf texture normal? Plant appears otherwise heal...

I would say no its not normal. This is what mine looks like.
😬 Nope, it's not normal. I'd snip those off and remove the leaves from the area. It might be some kind of bacterial issue or a fungus. (thanks, @Shaubplantshack)

@userb0f0d291 looks like aphids to me.

Kill aphids with plain rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl alcohol solution). Apply rubbing alcohol as a spray, as you would with succulent mealybug pests, or use a cotton swab to wipe aphids out of cracks and crevices and off leaves.

@KikiGoldblatt there are no visible pests on the plant though, the leaves themselves just have a weird texture that can’t be brushed off
