Hey, Catalina! It looks like this guy is actually an anthurium :) probably a crystalynium? I have a hard time identifying exactly what. Anthuriums need lots of moisture and humidity, so what it could be is that this plant is too dry and too near the heater. On the big leaf, that totally looks like heat damage. Scoot it away from the heater a bit, and if you have a humidifier, try setting that up nearby. Hope this helps!! πŸ€

My Alocasias are heavy feeders and under grow lights 12-14 hours a day and seem very happy
