I think the leaves look droopy cause there is no proper drainage. I think you might have to repot it again or create holes directly below or if that's too hard on the sides(as low as you can) 7-8 maybe more. For the blooming problem I'm not really sure, but try adding fertilizer

@mocasin77 ok, I just drilled holes in the bottom (and the nastiest smelling water came out) so that’s taken care of! I added fertilizer this morning so I’m hoping that will help! Thank you for your help!
