Why is he browning?

I just got this guy two days ago and he has started to brown on the tips. What does this mean and how do I fix it? #HappyPlants #WoollySenecio #brownspots #SucculentLove
Probably too much water. Does the pot have drainage holes? How far away is it from a window?
They often come from the nursery already overwatered, in crappy potting soil, in these little plastic pots that aren't the best for succulents. Even though you just brought it home, best thing is to pull it out of the nursery pot to let the root dry. Also remove any dead or dying leaves from the base of the plant. Then move it into a new pot (no more than 2-3 inches larger than its current pot), preferably one made of terracotta, using a well-draining potting mix (one specifically made for cacti/succulents is good). Hold off on watering for at least a week.

@stephonicle will the brown go away?
@Elk no, once leaves start to brown there's no going back. If you're bothered by how they look, feel free to remove them. To remove, hold the base of each leaf between your thumb and pointer finger, then slowly twist right, then left, until it comes off. Or you can wait till they dry up and fall off on their own ๐Ÿค“
